Tator Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tator tots, cooked
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • milk
  • 1/2 cup cheese

Directions

In a bowl combine cream of chicken with a can of milk. In a 9 x 9 pan layer half the tator tots, ground beef, green beans, cheese, and the half of the tator tots. Pour the cream of chicken mixture over the top. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 bag meatballs
  • 1 18 oz jar of grape jelly
  • 1 12 oz jar of chili sauce

Directions

Stir together jelly and chili sauce in a bowl. Pour mixture and meatballs into the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.



No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cocoa
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • dash of salt
  • 3 cups of oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • dash of vanilla

Directions

Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, milk, and salt in a pan and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Turn stove off and add the peanut butter and oatmeal.



Butterscotch Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups Baking Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions

Combine first five ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pat into greased 8×8 pan and bake at 350 for twenty five to thirty minutes. Remove from oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

BBQ Beef and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown meat in a large fry pan. Drain. Add water and BBQ sauce to pan. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.



Bacon Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 8 count can crescent roll dough
  • 3 cups shredded hash browns
  • dozen eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 6 slices bacon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook bacon and set aside. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with cooking spray. Place crescent roll dough in the bottom of the pan, pinching seams together to seal. Spread frozen hash browns over dough. Salt and pepper to taste. Beat all eggs in a bowl and pour over hash browns. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until set in center. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven just until melted. Serve warm.

Cheesy Chicken and Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Mahatma Yellow Rice
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1-2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook rice according to package directions. Add rice and all other ingredients, except for 1/2 cup of cheese, into a bowl and stir until well combined. Spoon into 9 x 13 pan and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
