Bacon Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 8 count can crescent roll dough
  • 3 cups shredded hash browns
  • dozen eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 6 slices bacon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Cook bacon and set aside. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with cooking spray. Place crescent roll dough in the bottom of the pan, pinching seams together to seal. Spread frozen hash browns over dough. Salt and pepper to taste. Beat all eggs in a bowl and pour over hash browns. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until set in center. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven just until melted. Serve warm.





Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 8 oz package shredded sharp cheddar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup ketchup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and next 8 ingredients, mixing well.

Stir 1/4 cup ketchup into meat mixture, reserving remaining ketchup.

Press meat mixture into a 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan, or shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a broiler pan. Spread remaining ketchup over loaf. Bake 50-55 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
