Tator Tot Casserole

  • 1 bag of tator tots, cooked
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • milk
  • 1/2 cup cheese


In a bowl combine cream of chicken with a can of milk. In a 9 x 9 pan layer half the tator tots, ground beef, green beans, cheese, and the half of the tator tots. Pour the cream of chicken mixture over the top. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.


BBQ Beef and Rice

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Brown meat in a large fry pan. Drain. Add water and BBQ sauce to pan. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 8 oz package shredded sharp cheddar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup ketchup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and next 8 ingredients, mixing well.

Stir 1/4 cup ketchup into meat mixture, reserving remaining ketchup.

Press meat mixture into a 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan, or shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a broiler pan. Spread remaining ketchup over loaf. Bake 50-55 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
